- Where does my data live?
- Your account data is stored in a Canadian database. AI features send the relevant text to Google Gemini, with Anthropic Claude as a backup, for processing. Neither uses your content to train its models, and neither do we.
- Does it submit anything for me?
- No. Happy Grants finds, scores and drafts. You review and edit every answer, and nothing is ever sent to a funder on your behalf.
- What if the AI gets something wrong?
- Treat a draft like any first draft and check it. Every grant page shows when we last verified it and links to the funder's own program page, which is always the authority.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from your billing settings at any time, and you keep access to the end of the period. You can also delete your organization and its data yourself from Settings.
