About this program
Provides funding of up to $5 million per project (maximum 50% of total project costs for non-Indigenous applicants, or 75% for Indigenous applicants) to establish biomass supply chains and improve logistics for the collection, supply, and distribution of biomass materials such as forest residues, municipal solid waste, and agricultural crop residues as feedstock for clean fuel production.
