About this program

An 8-week community-based program that encourages innovation and needs-based approaches to promoting healthy, active lifestyles in First Nations, Métis Chartered Communities, and Friendship Centres. I·SPARC delivers Healthy Living Leader Training Sessions to prepare leaders for planning and delivering community projects focused on physical activity, healthy eating, tobacco awareness, and community health.
