About this program

CED will invest $30M over coming years in projects by SMEs and nonprofits that support economic revitalization, attractiveness, and sustainable reindustrialization of Montréal's East End. For SMEs, financial assistance covers up to 50% of authorized costs (repayable, interest-free, generally beginning 2 years after project completion). For nonprofits, non-repayable assistance covers up to 90% of authorized costs (with exceptions for Indigenous organizations and certain capital projects).
