Two-stage application process funding cultural attractions and events. Requires a minimum repayment of 15% of gross earned revenue within 60–90 days following the event. Rural events with 1,000+ attendance are a good fit; projects with 750–1,000 attendance in rural and northern areas considered with strong tourism potential.
