About this program
Wage subsidy program for Canadian employers hiring college and university students on quality work-integrated learning (WIL) placements such as cooperative education and internships. Employers may receive a wage subsidy of up to 50% of wages (maximum $5,000) per student placement. For businesses with 100+ employees, placements must be 'net new' to qualify.
