About this program

Wage subsidy program for Canadian employers hiring post-secondary students in quality work-integrated learning (WIL) placements such as co-op and internships related to the student's field of study. Employers can receive up to 50% of student wages, maximum $5,000 per placement. Funded by the Canadian government's Student Practicum Work Program (SPWP).
