About this program

Find researchers and facilities to support your project

What this program funds

Cognit.ca, a service of the University of Calgary, helps small and medium enterprises connect with university researchers and facilities to support their projects. The program operates on a rolling basis, accepting applications on an ongoing basis.

The service functions as a matching platform rather than a direct funding program. Businesses can use it to identify researchers and equipment at the University of Calgary that align with their project needs. This allows SMEs to access academic expertise and infrastructure without necessarily requiring traditional grant funding.

Interested businesses should apply at any time, as there is no fixed deadline. The specific application process, project scope limitations, and any associated costs are not detailed in the available program information.
