About this program
The Black Entrepreneurship Program (BEP) Ecosystem Fund, delivered by CED-Q, provides non-repayable contributions to Black-led not-for-profit organizations in Quebec that support Black entrepreneurs through incubation, acceleration, mentorship, financial planning, and business consulting. Eligible organizations can receive up to $750,000 per year (maximum $3,000,000 over four years) at up to 90% of eligible costs. The call targets Phase 2 (2026–2030) and aims to consolidate and expand the Black entrepreneurial support ecosystem across Quebec.
