About this program
Financial assistance program for small and medium-sized businesses to hire young graduates (15–30 years old) for innovation projects including R&D, engineering, multimedia, or market analysis. Youth placements last 6–12 months minimum at 30+ hours per week, with NRC IRAP cost-sharing a portion of salary costs.
